I love easy recipes.  I love to try the unusual.  at present i'm experimenting with cassava.  I'm reading all sites to prepare cassava and share with friends in Vanuatu.

s I have friends in Vanuatu, shopping is expensive there. I'm sourcing recipes, with the ingredients that are ready available, like homegrown and cheap that will help my friends.

I especially love recipes from old times.  My mother went through the depression, we have a lot to learn from these ladies on how to stretch the dollar and create great healthy meals.
