What inspired me to cook was travel through France, Italy and Germany through the late 1990's and other travel around the globe ranging from South America, to China and the middle east.

Cuisines that I am fond of include French, Italian, Asian, East Indian, Mexican and Greek.  On the other hand home-style dishes cooked with care and fresh ingredients are always a winner!

I'm comfortable tackling challenging dishes like puff pastry

And equally happy with delicious recipes of all kinds such as Beef Bourgignon for Two.  Besides it's fun to say the word Bourgignon when in reality it is simple classic peasant food that just loaded with flavor like many down-home classics.

Sometimes I can get be found whipping up a quick and easy Grilled Cheese Sandwich.
