How to Make Healthy, Quick and Easy Meals on a Tight Schedule and Budget
Do you love to cook healthy and fresh meals by yourself but feel too busy to make complicated recipes?
There are two quick and simple tips that are easy on your budget, but also taste better than fat and sodium-loaded "fast foods".
Stir-frying
Chinese foods seem always be related with greasy and deep-frying.
But that is NOT how the Chinese cook at home!
Stir-frying is fast and tasty, it is the easiest cooking. You really only need a non-stick pan (or a wok).
Stir and Fry sliced meat with cut-up vegetables into your pan with a little bit vegetable oil, really no need too much. At the end of the cooking, stir in your favorite Chinese sauce that can be bought in any grocery store or make your own.
From preparing to completing the dish, it takes you about 20 minutes or even less.
Slow-Cooking
If you have a Crockpot® or slow cooker, DON'T IGNORE IT!
You can use your slow cooker to make all kinds of delicious dishes, and it is very convenient, especially if you don’t have time to cook.
For the best flavor, before throwing everything into pot, season, flour, and brown any meats which only takes you 15 to 20 minutes, you can finish this step the night before; and the next day turn to the low cooking setting before leaving for work.
Your entire house will be filled up with the mouth-watering, delicious smell by the time you head back home and you can have a delicious dinner right away!
Be flexible and creative, try to use all the equipment you have in your kitchen. Cooking fresh, healthy meals is easier than you think, and they are good for you!
