16 Minute Tortilla Pizza
These tortilla mini pizzas are very easy to make, it can be a quick and easy snack or appetizer ready in a flash.

Directions
Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).
Cut the tortillas into four triangles.
Brush with olive oil on both sides.
Place them out on a cookie sheet.
Spread some of the chopped onion, tomatoes and olives on each piece.
Add a pinch of capers, season with pepper and cover with cheese.
Sprinkle salt to taste.
Bake in the oven at 400℉ (200℃) for 5 minutes. Do not burn.
Serve hot.
