Applesauce Oatmeal Bread
Delicious and moist applesauce bread. If you want more fibre boost, substitute half all-purpose flour to whole wheat flour. This yummy goodness is ideal for breakfast.

Directions
In bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, salt and soda; set aside.
Beat egg, sugar, applesauce, water and oil until blended.
Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
Turn into greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
Bake in preheated 350℉ (180℃) F oven 1 hour or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to rack.
Cool completely.
