Directions
Place a broiler pan in the oven. Preheat the broiler, set to it's highest setting.
Place the salmon fillets an lightly oiled sheet of aluminum foil.
Brush the sesame hoisin sauce over the two fillets with a nice thick coating. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place under the broiler and broil until just cooked through. About 5 minutes.
Serve with egg fried rice to make it a meal.
You can use jarred hoisin to save time if you must, but the sesame hoisin sauce recipe linked in the ingredients is even better and can be used in other recipes.
