Awesome Breakfast Casserole
A scrumptious breakfast casserole made with hash brown potatoes, bacon and cheddar cheese. An American classic that's perfect when you have overnight guests.

Directions
Cook the hash browns with the onion until crisp.
Add the bacon or sausage and cook until just beginning to brown, drain off any excess fat (if any).
Remove from heat, add the soup, cheese, beaten eggs and black pepper to taste. (No need to add salt as the soup, bacon or sausage will have more than enough seasoning)
Transfer the mixture to a 13 by 9 inch baking dish , top with a bit of cheese if desired.
Bake for 30 to 50 minutes in a 350℉ (180℃) F oven.
Allow to rest about 5 minutes before serving.
