Directions

Additional Ingredient: ketchup

Preheat oven to 375

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except ketchup.

Mix very well.

In a broiler pan, form a mixture into a large loaf, about 4 inches thick.

Bake in the center of the oven 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and coat, heavily, with ketchup.

Bake an additional 20 minutes, or until inside is no longer pink.
