Directions

In a pot boil some water and cook pasta until al dente. You can do this while making sauce.

To make sauce- Put chopped onion into a saucepan and cook until soft with a little water.

Add minced beef and cook until meat is brown.

Add tomato pulp and heat through.

Now season with salt and pepper, curry and add sugar. Reduce to a medium heat.

Drain pasta.

In a bowl, beat eggs and milk together.

Put pasta back into pot it was boiled in. Add meat sauce and grated cheese and mix well.

Pour mixture into a 10 inch x 10 inch x 2½ inch deep dish. Level and pour over egg and milk mixture and let it seep through.

Bake in a hot oven for around 40 minutes or until top is crunchy.. ENJOY!
