Best Sausage Gravy
This is the first recipe that I felt I needed to rate. I misplaced it and had to resort to another recipe....very disappointing. This is the best sausage gravy recipe ever. I have rave reviews when I make it, as a matter of fact, a few people only know me by this treat at work. This is definitely 5 stars. No changes necessary!!

Directions
Crumble sausage into a large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat. Add onion; cook and stir until transparent. Drain, discarding all but 2 tablespoons of drippings.
Stir in flour; cook over medium-low heat about 6 minutes or until the mixture bubbles and turns golden. Stir in milk. Add seasonings; cook, stirring, until thickened.
To serve, slice biscuits and spoon gravy over halves.
