Directions
Preheat oven to 425℉ (220℃) F. Add the biscuit baking mix to a mixing bowl.
Add the milk, sour cream and melted butter and stir to combine. Do not over mix.
Transfer into greased or baking paper muffin cup line 12 muffin baking tray. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
