Black Bean Tortilla Melts
It's a fun way to make a delcious Mexican dish. I browned one chopped onion along with some corn, then added to the black bean. It came out very tasty, and we enjoyed these melts with homemade fresh salsa.

Directions
Mash beans; add chili powder stirring well.
Spread about 3 T. of bean mixture on each tortilla.
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and squeeze 1 lime wedge over each.
Top each tortilla with 2 teaspoon green chiles and 2 tablespoon cheese.
Bake tortillas at 450℉ (230℃) F for 3 to 5 min. or until cheese melts.
Serve with fresh salsa.
