Directions
Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Rinse the rice under cold running water until the water is no longer cloudy.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together then pour into the crockpot.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 5 hours or LOW for 5 to 7 hours.
Cooking time will depend on the temperature of your slow cooker and upon the kind of rice you used. Check the pudding at the shortest cooking time and test to see if it's done.
