Directions
Slice the pound cake thickly but thin enough to cut with a maple-leaf cookie cutter.
Using the maple-leaf cookie cutter to cut out the leaf-shape cakes. Dip the maple-leaf shaped cake pieces into the raspberry coulis briefly. Place each cake onto an individual serving plate, red-side up.
Line up the fresh raspberries on both sides of the maple-leaf shaped cakes. Drizzle some coulis if desired. Serve and enjoy!
