Directions
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the salt and pepper.
Mix the grated cheddar cheese and bread crumbs together in a plate.
Dip each hot dog in the egg mixture then coat them with the cheese mixture.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Fry the hot dogs until golden.
