Directions
In medium skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
In medium bowl, combine milk, 1 cup cornmeal and eggs; blend well.
Add ground beef and remaining ingredients except cheese and 2 tablespoons cornmeal; stir to mix.
Pour into 12x8 inch, lightly greased baking dish .
Bake in 350℉ (180℃) oven 35 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and 2 tablespoons cornmeal; continue baking until cheese melts.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
