Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃) F (175 degrees C).
Coat a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or grease with butter.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Mix in bread, bananas, and chocolate chips, and allow to rest 5 minutes for bread to soak.
Pour into prepared pan.
Line a roasting pan with a damp kitchen towel.
Arrange loaf pan on towel inside roasting pan, and place roasting pan on oven rack.
Fill roasting pan with water to reach halfway up the sides of the loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a wooden stick or tooth pick or a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve warm or chilled.
