Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar.
Blend in eggs, add vanilla.
Mix in salt, baking powder and flour.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Roll 1 tablespoon dough into ball, roll into powdered sugar, line up on greased baking sheets about 2-inch apart.
Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool for a few minutes on baking sheets, transfer to wire racks and let cool completely.
Store in an air-tight container.
