EACH EGGS
beaten *

CUP ML BREAD CRUMBS
½ 118
CUP ML TOMATO JUICE

TABLESPOONS ML ONIONS
chopped

EACH SWEET RED BELL PEPPERS
chopped in rings *

TABLESPOONS ML CELERY
chopped

TEASPOONS ML SEASONED SALT
¼ 1.3
TEASPOON ML THYME *

X KETCHUP
or chili sauce *

Directions

Using a fork, mix all the ingredients, except the ketchup and pepper rings.

Shape into a loaf and put into greased crockpot.

Top with ketchup and pepper rings.

Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then on low 6 to 8 hours.

Quartered potatoes coated with butter may also be cooked with this recipe. A dash of Paprika will give them a nice browned look. (Same cooking time)
