Directions
Put all ingredients for dressing in a jar with a lid. Shake and taste, adjusting the ingredients according to your preference. Set aside. This is best done at least an hour before serving to "marry" the flavors.
Add all remaining ingredients, except the Wonton Strips, to a large salad bowl.
Add dressing a little at a time, so as not to drench the salad.
When serving, add the Wonton strips to the top of the salad.
