Double Peanut Snowballs
Crispy and crunchy. These snowballs are made with peanut butter, chunks of peanuts, raisins and puffed rice cereal. They are delicious treats for kids or grown-up :)

Directions
Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until well mixed.
Add peanuts, raisins, and rice crisp cereal. Stir until well combined.
Roll into small balls and then roll in coconut, pressing to stick the coconut to the ball.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
