Directions
Rinse the turkey with cold water and pat dry.
Tie the legs and wings tightly.
To prepare grill, remove the grate and place a drip pan in the center.
The pan should be large enough to hold the turkey.
Preheat the grill. If using a charcoal grill make a medium fire around the drip pan.
Fill the drip pan half full with water and place the turkey on rotisserie.
Baste turkey with the butter herb mixture every 20 minutes during the cooking.
Remove turkey from the grill when the internal temperature reaches 185 degrees F about 3 to 4 hours.
