Ingredients

6 ounces (175g) of fusilli pasta
1 pound (455g) of ground beef sirloin
2 cups of tomato-basil pasta sauce
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella or cheddar

Ingredients

6 ounces (175g) of fusilli pasta
1 pound (455g) of ground beef sirloin
2 cups of tomato-basil pasta sauce
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella or cheddar

Directions

Cook pasta per package directions and drain. Cook beef in skillet over medium/high heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Add pasta sauce, pepper and hot sauce, cook 2 minutes while stirring. Add pasta, cook 2 minutes, stirring. Add cheese and cook 1 more minute until cheese melts

Note: Add green olives with pimento if you like.
