Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette
This garlic dijon mustard vinaigrette is very flavorful, it goes well with any kinds of mixed greens. If you prefer less garlic taste, you can always reduce garlic to taste.

Directions
Combine lemon juice, vinegar, oil, mustard and garlic in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
(If you don't have a blender, you can combine every ingredient in a medium bowl, then whisk until well mixed.)
To keep it in an air-tight jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
