A delicious and filling vegetable and ground pork soup with pasta for two that’s ready in under 30 minutes and packed with flavor. It’s easy to turn ground pork and pasta into a great tasting inexpensive soup.

SMALL SMALL ONIONS

EACH GARLIC CLOVES
minced *

EACH CARROTS
finely diced *
½ 2.5
TEASPOON ML WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

PINCH PINCH THYME *
1 1
PINCH PINCH OREGANO *
1 1
PINCH PINCH BLACK PEPPER *

CUPS ML CHICKEN BROTH

MEDIUM MEDIUM TOMATOES
chopped
1 1
EACH CELERY STALKS
sliced *

CUP ML PASTA, ELBOW MACARONI
uncooked *

Directions

In a non stick saucepan over medium heat, cook pork, onion, and garlic, breaking up pork until meat begins to brown.

Drain off drippings.

Add broth, tomato, celery, carrot, worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano and pepper.

Bring to boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add pasta bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for another 10 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender.

Serve with crusty whole wheat rolls.

Takes much longer I would add the pasta after vegetables have simmered for about 30-45 minutes

I'm making this for supper tonight will leave a comment afterwards it's winter here a storm is comming in tonight going to be really cold soup sounds amazing
