Honey-Soy Steak Strips Over Rice for Two
Quick, easy marinated ginger beef strips. Asian inspired steak strips glazed in a ginger honey soy sauce with green peppers served over rice.

Directions
Combine the soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and the beef steak strips in a zipper bag (or another container). Allow to marinate, for 20 minutes or overnight.
Slice the green bell pepper into thin strips and stir-fry in a hot pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the beef steak strips, and stir-fry until meat is no longer pink.
Add the marinade juices and 1 cup of water to the skillet and bring to a boil.
Reduce, occasionally stirring, until the liquid is reduced to about ⅓ of a cup, about 3 minutes.
Arrange steak strips over the rice, and drizzle the liquid from the frying pan over all.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
