Honey roasted walnuts, dried cranberries and goat cheese are deliciously served with mixed greens, then tossed with a light mustard vinaigrette dressing. Yum!

thinly sliced, or 1/2 small red onion *

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

In a small bowl, toss chopped walnuts with honey, spread evenly on a baking sheet.

Bake until walnuts are golden brown, about 20 minutes. Set aside.

Meanwhile Whisk vinegar, mustard, oil and thyme in the small bowl.

Season dressing with salt and pepper.

Mix greens, cranberries, and onion in a large bowl.

Mix in enough dressing to coat.

Sprinkle with honey glazed walnuts and goat cheese.

If I skip this red wine vinegar for making Honey Walnut, Goat Cheese Cranberry Salad , what should I use alternative ingredient for making this salad ? Because I belong to Muslim religions!

Hi, you can just use any regular vinegar instead such as white vinegar or even rice vinegar.
