This cheesy and creamy dip is great with pita bread/chips or crackers. Best served hot or warm.

chopped, thawed, drained well and squeezed dry

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

  2. Combine all ingredients except for the additional grated Asiago cheese for topping, if using; mix well.

  3. Spread into the bottom of a lightly sprayed baking dish ; sprinkle with additional grated cheese, if using.

  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the middle is bubbling and the edges are golden. Place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until top is golden brown.

Serve hot or warm.

NOTE: You may substitute low-fat or non-fat cream cheese, mayo and sour cream without adverse results.
