Impossible Blueberry Pie
Similar to a cobbler - can use any fruit. It's easy to make using Bisquick and some basic pantry ingredients that we always have on hand.

Directions
Grease an 8" pie plate and put in the blueberries. Sprinkle with lemon juice and vanilla and set a side.
Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon and butter together in a bowl and put over top of blueberries.
In another bowl beat the biscuit mix, sugar and milk together and pour over the blueberry and crumble mix.
Bake in a 350℉ (180℃) oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until it is browned and set.
Serve warm or cold but best served warm from the oven with vanilla ice cream.
