Directions
In skillet, brown Keilbasa slices.
Add the remaining ingredients to skillet and stir to combine. Feel free to season to taste with black pepper, soy sauce, onion flakes, garlic, or whatever seasonings you desire.
Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to lowest setting. Cover pan and simmer 30 minutes until pasta or rice is tender.
Stir occasionally to prevent rice and pasta froom sticking.
Stir in cheese, if desired.
Serve.
