Directions
Place flour slices of bread on a cutting board.
Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over each slice of bread.
Arrange 1 slice or 1 ounce of Swiss cheese, and 1 tablespoon of picked jalapenos over pizza sauce onto one slice of bread.
Place another slice of cheese over, then top with another slice of bread.
Press to assemble a sandwich.
Repeat until the second sandwich is done.
While you are assembling the sandwich, preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
Place two sandwiches into the hot pan, and cook for about total 4 to 6 minutes, each side 2 to 3 minutes, or until both sides of the bread are golden-brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve warm with fresh basil if desired.
