Directions
Beat well and add dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Open a 9 ounce package of solid chocolate mint wafers.
Enclose each wafer completely in a tablespoon of cookie dough.
Place on a greased baking sheet, 2 inches apart and top with a walnut.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375℉ (190℃).
