This homemade pizza is simply delicious. Spread some pizza sauce over pizza dough, top with freshly sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and onions, and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese. Within about 25 minutes, this freshly homemade pizza is ready to serve.

100% Whole Wheat Pizza Dough *

CUP ML MARINARA SAUCE
or tomato sauce

CUP ML MOZZARELLA CHEESE
divided *
¼ 59
CUP ML SUNDRIED TOMATOES
oil packed, drained and sliced

CUP ML MUSHROOMS
white button or cremini, sliced, optional
¼ 59
CUP ML ARTICHOKE HEARTS
marinated, jared, sliced *
¼ 59
CUP ML RED ONION
halved and thinly sliced
¼ 59
CUP ML ROASTED RED BELL PEPPERS
slice into strips

CUP ML GREEN OLIVES
or black olives, drained, pitted and sliced *

X X RED HOT PEPPER SAUCE
or other brand, for serving, optional *

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450℉ (230℃).

Roll the pizza dough into 12-inch circles or use prepared pizza crust.

Spread the marinara sauce or tomato sauce over the pizza dough.

Sprinkle ½ mozzarella cheese over sauce.

Top with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, red onions, bell peppers, and green olives.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and brown and the cheese melts.

Cool for a few minutes, cut into wedges.

Serve warm with some red hot pepper sauce if desired.

Thanks, Katerina. Me too, love pizza at any time, I can pretty much eat pizza all day long. I especially love to make my own, it always ends up that I overload the toppings, which is the best thing to make your own. Haha :)
