Potato, Dill & Cheddar Pizza
Pizza with pizzaz, surprise your family with this unique version of a pizza. Carmelized onions as a base instead of the traditional sauce topped with potato slices, cheddar and dill.

Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Blanch the potatoes in boiling water for about 3 minutes and drain.
If using uncooked pizza dough, roll or form the dough into a 10 inch by 12 inch oval. Alternatively you could use a pre-baked prepared pizza crust from your local market.
Spread the caramelized onion evenly over the pizza crust.
Top with thin slices of the blanched potatoes.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and starting to brown.
Just before serving sprinkle the dill weed over the pizza.
