Refreshing Kale Salad
Kale is the new "IT" product with chefs and home cooks alike discovering the health benefits of this dark, leafy green. This salad recipe is easy to create and delicious on it's own or as a side dish to a piece of grilled fish or meat. Enjoy!!

1 package coarsely chopped Kale
1 package of shelled Edamame
1/2 cup (or more, to taste) of dried cranberries.(We like orange flavored ones from Trader Joe's)
1/2 cup (or more) of dry toasted slivered almonds(Trader Joe's)
5 green onions, finely sliced
Sliced strawberries or chunks of ripe pear (optional)
Sesame Dressing (We like Feast from the East, sold at Costco)
Wonton Strips (Fresh Gourmet, in produce department)
Ingredients

1/2 cup (or more) of dry toasted slivered almonds(Trader Joe's)
5 green onions, finely sliced
Sliced strawberries or chunks of ripe pear (optional)
Sesame Dressing (We like Feast from the East, sold at Costco)
Wonton Strips (Fresh Gourmet, in produce department)
Directions
Add all vegetables and fresh fruit (if using) to a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing. Serve individual plates with sprinkling of Wonton Strips.
