Refried Black Beans
The flavor was great. Made a few dishes with these refried black beans, burrito and two different multiple-layer dips. Homemade is always the way to go. If you have never tried refried black beans, certainly should add this one to "to-do" list.

Directions
Cook and stir the onion, jalapeno peppers, and the garlic in the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until the onion is tender.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and mash the beans.
Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 15 minutes.
Serve.
