Directions
Use your leftover ham from dinner and cut into bite size pieces.
Fry the ham pieces along with the onion slices in a frying pan and set aside.
Drain elbow macaroni and place in bowl.
Add the cheddar cheese and milk.
Stir until cheese is melted and milk is dissolved.
Then add the ham and onion to the macaroni.
Use an 8x8 baking pan (glass baking pan if you have it) butter all sides and bottom of pan.
Place mixture in the pan, cover top with mozzarella cheese then sprinkle the bread crumbs on top covering the whole top layer.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread crumbs are golden brown.
