Strawberry, Rhubarb & Pineapple Fruit Leather
It's hard not to like this homemade fruit leather. It's made with 100% fruits, a little bit honey, and lemon juice. It's fruity and packed with nutrients. It's delicious way to enjoy a combination of fruits.

Directions
Add all the fruits into a food processor, process until pureed. If using frozen fruits, you may let fruits thaw half way, which makes purée a bit easier.
Spread 1 cup of puréed fruit on dehydrator sheet, and switch the setting to fruit leather.
Dehydrate for 5 to 8 hours, or until the fruit leather can be peeled off completely without sticking onto the sheet.
Roll it up, or cut into smaller pieces, then roll it up.
Store the fruit leathers in an air-tight container for up to 1 month if it can last that long :)
