Health benefits of turmeric

This golden spice has been used in traditional medicine for centuries, and for good reason! It's packed with a powerful compound called curcumin, known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

So, if you're feeling a bit under the weather or want to give your immune system a boost, turmeric's got your back.

Health benefits of ginger

Next up, we have ginger. Ginger is like the superhero of the digestive world, swooping in to save the day with its ability to alleviate nausea, indigestion, and even menstrual cramps.

Plus, it's got a bit of a spicy kick, which is always a plus in my book.

Health benefits of lemon

Last but not least, we have the lovely lemon. Lemons are packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, making them a great choice for supporting your immune system and overall health. Plus, they add a zesty tang to the tea, making it a refreshing and invigorating drink.

I've been told that ginger is a great anti inflammatory, and is good for cleaning out your lungs, at this point I'll try anything to clear my chest.

does this need to be refrigerated if i don't drink it all in one day?

Most likely, it should be refrigerated if you are going to drink it into the next day.
