Directions
In small bowl, toss red onions with lime juice.
Let stand for at least 10 minutes.
To assemble the salad:
Gently mix watermelon, cucumber, feta cheese, and cilantro in large bowl.
Stir in onions and lime juice, season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
Note: You can always serve the salad in a watermelon shell which even makes more fun to the dish!
