This is my no-fail party recipe... always receives compliments and is devoured every time. I have even memorized the recipe because so many people ask for it at parties!!

So easy to make, and it was delicious. I used fresh tomatoes that were growing in my backyard. The dish was refreshing and flavourful. Have added it to my recipe box. Now I have another way to cook my garden fresh tomatoes.

A spicy dinner for those who can handle the fire, but enjoy the flavor. Warning..Don't try unless you know you can eat hot and spicy foods.
