I made this recipe for my boyfriend on his birthday and he asked me to marry him (I did). I'm not saying for sure that the Prinzregent Torte is why Don wanted to marry me, but I've always worried that it might have been. This was an amazing recipe. Very easy and delicious! The only thing I had to correct was the baking time. I needed to bake it about 45 minutes.

Cheesy, fluffy, and packed with yumminess. I mashed the cooked cauliflower quite finely with some small chunks remained, which gave the fluffy souffle additional bites, and we really enjoyed and loved the combination.

The cake was so moist and delicious. It's kind like carrot cake but without carrot, and it has become my new favourite.
