Amazingly delicious yet simple recipe, I think this one can be played around with as a side to any dish!
This sauce is a great sub for run-of-the-mill guacamole. Excellent served with most Mexican dishes, especially chicken chimichangas, and will compliment grilled seafood and chicken.
I have used this recipe for years. Chicken, pork, fish, or wings in all sorts of flavors--Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Cajun, etc. I have shared this recipe more than any other.

This is a good "guest" food. You can appear to have mastered esoteric Oriental cooking techniques without ever having actually prepared the dish before... Unless you drop the pot on the kitchen floor and set it on fire with the hot salt, it's a pretty foolproof cooking technique.
