Turkey Breakfast Sausage recipe

An easy pot pie that uses up leftover turkey and mashed potatoes. Instead of a complicated pastry it uses the mashed potatoes instead. I always cook extra mash knowing it easy to pair with my leftover turkey.

This is from Paul, who used to run an old BBS (remember those?) with a cooking "echo". You can use all beef or all turkey. Also good with some shredded Parmesan cheese sprinkled over the marinara before serving.

This is the best turkey recipe ever!! Comes out very juicy, tasty. I placed a red apple into the cavity...the smell in the kitchen was wonderful!!
