Nothing says lovin like some spicy Louisiana cooking. I absolutely LOVE making this when I have the time. I'm toning down the amount of creole seasoning that I use, because I tend to be a little heavy handed with it. The amount is an approximate - season to your taste. Fell free to substitute cajun seasoning for the creole. It's all about personal preference. Enjoy!!
This delicious vegetable soup can help you use your left-over Parmesan rinds and your leftover bread, with several fresh vegetables under a low temperature cooking, the soup is just flavorful.
Earthy sauteed mushrooms, aromatic toasted pine nuts, chewy-sweet sun-dried tomatoes make this delicious and wholesome couscous salad. Enjoy it as a side dish or serve it as a tasty main meal.

Creamy and tender stroganoff is one of my favorite comfort foods
This recipe is over 100 years old. I add a twist to the recipe (and a little sweetness) by adding some golden raisins, like my favorite restaurant in Provincetown, Mass., does.
This easy to prepare dish is an ideal dinner for busy weekdays. It's loaded with goodness. Feel free to use broccoli to replace asparagus.
Give a traditional tart a modern twist by using phyllo pastry that is lower in fat and calories. Caramelized onion and fennel are loaded with yumminess, a bit dijon mustard is brushed on the bottom, and some creamy goat cheese are sprinkled on top. Delicious! What more can I say?!
Chinese fried rice is probably the most popular take-out food, it's quick-easy to make, and packed with flavors. Because of the simplicity, making it at home becomes so easy, and you can be creative too. No matter what it always comes out with great flavors and textures.

A hearty vegetarian version of my favorite soup. It's easy to make it vegetarian by using roasted vegetable stock instead of beef stock. By adding a leftover parmesan rind (I save them in the freezer for this soup) it adds extra flavor. (optional)

So delicious, and packed with goodness. If you don't have quinoa, use brown rice or regular white rice. A very tasty way to cook with seasonal colourful bell peppers, and they are so good for you as well.
This recipe was given to me by a former co-worker. It is much lighter and healthier than regular lasagna.
