Chinese: Stir-Fry Pork and Peppers recipe
I marinated the beef overnight. After grilling, I sprinkled the kababs with toasted sesame seeds. Yum!
I used fresh minced garlic and added some sliced green onion. I marinated skinless chicken breast cutlets for a few hours and grilled them briefly. Sprinkled with additiona sliced green onions and some toasted sesame seeds.
These black bean croquettes are so good. Serve them with salsa, or put them into whole wheat pita with yogurt and cucumber sauce as a quick lunch or dinner.
