We love this quiche. It came out cheesy and just delicious. I used 1% milk instead of whole milk, and it was still very creamy. Of course, if you prefer a richer mouth-feel, you can use half and half.
Packed with fresh vegetables and lots of yummy flavors, it's refreshing and tasty.
If you have to be addicted to snacks, this is a great one! I was introduced to these while "stranded" in an airport with a woman who came prepared! They're great to munch on anytime, but are really excellent with wine!! Try them!
This Greek-style spinach pie was absolutely delicious! The cheese mixture of ricotta and feta was moist and cheesy, which gave the pie lots of flavors; sauteed mushrooms, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes were a great combination. The phyllo came out golden brown and crispy. This pie can be served as a lighter main dish or an elegant appetizer.
Enjoy this scrumptious breakfast omelet made with mushrooms, ham and cheese.
This fluffy deep dish quiche is so easy to prepare. Substitute non-fat sour cream or mayonnaise and reduced fat Cheddar cheese to lighten it up.
An easy to prep quiche with canned tuna. Sometimes easy is good.
Spot this recipe on New York Time, and it sounds great. So I did a few changes, here my version of this light spinach quiche is.
we didn't use up the whole filling from Greek croustade, then we used the leftover filling and made some phyllo muffins, they came out so cute, delicate and delicious. Being creative!
This potato and spinach frittata was delicious, and it had enough goodness for me to start off my day. You can use sweet potato, and other leafy greens such as kale and Swiss chard to make this frittata.
Quite easy to put together, and the dish tasted delicious. Will definitely make it again!
This quiche uses potatoes on the bottom in place of the crust. Swiss chard sauteed with garlic give the egg custard more flavor and texture. Goat cheese on top gives lovely bursts of flavor, very tasty.
I love this baked omelet, the mixture of asparagus and mushroom created the crunchy and meaty texture, Swiss cheese gave the cheesy taste. The best thing is that you can prepare everything the night before, then you can bake it the next morning when you get up. Before going to work, have this delicious and nutritious dish for breakfast to start a beautiful day, isn't that beautiful :)
This may be one of the most exceptional souffles you'll ever serve. The beet color spreads upward from the bottom layer, creating a rosy hue throughout.
Delicious!! I have made it three times already! The first time I substituted minced onion with minced garlic - big mistake! WAY too much garlic. I have been making enough for two and freezing one. My family loves it!
This sophisticated soufflé will wow your family and friends. Soufflés are not that difficult to make; just make sure to get them onto the table straight away before they begin to deflate.
