We were given a lot of strawberries and I had to figure out what to do with them so they didn't go bad. So I came up with this recipe. I hope everyone likes it as much as my kids did. I prefer fresh strawberries over strawberry extract because it gives it a more fruitful flavor. But the extract is good as well. You decide.

Enjoy the taste of pumpkins with this scrumptious cookie that is perfect for a snack in between meals.

I was so glad to find this recipe, as I had one like this before. WONDERFUL! There is the "sweet/tart" thing going on with the cranberries and sugar...YUM!

The cookies were moist and delicious. Just make sure you put them on the middle rack in the oven, nice to enjoy a great treat and have it be somewhat healthy as well.

Best appetizer to serve your guests at a party!

I added some pureed strawberries and a couple of drops of red food coloring to make the cake pink.
