A great, easy recipe, it is the first time for me to try it, really good, my 5 year old son kept eating them, and told me how yummy they are, a big hit.
Ginger and pineapple are a great pair, ginger really enhances the flavor of pineapple, also gives a bit zing.
Broccoli is a nice vegetable, it contains a lot of vintamin, tofu is a good food too, a lot of protein, easy for people to adsorb. It is really a very great recipe!
