Brownie and cookies, you can eat both of them at the same time, moist, crunchy and delicious!
Every year before my grandkids come over to my place, I usually bake a large batch of these cookies, and everyone loves them. I do however add some chocolate chips to the batter, and they are some great addition.
Spicing up oatmeal in a healthy way. Cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger all have anti-viral properties, so if you are fighting off a cold in the winter (or any time of the year), this is a great recipe to try. For a little variety, you can make this exact recipe with quinoa, bulgar wheat, or amaranth.
[NOTE: for a no sugar variation, substitute same amount of white grape juice concentrate or apple juice concentrate for brown sugar.]
